Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all New Zealand addresses (no PO Boxes).

When do we deliver?

You select the dispatch date at checkout, so please allow enough time for our tasty treat to reach it's destination.

When expecting one of our delicious packages at a Rural address, please allow extra time. You may not receive it in the 1 - 2 days for South Island and 2 - 3 for North Island.

We use courier services to deliver our treats so we cannot guarantee delivery. Sometimes our couriers have some unexpected delays, so please understand this is out of our control.

Can I track my package

Yes, your package will have a tracking number, which will be sent to you on dispatch.

What happens if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our courier will leave the package somewhere safe. Please state in the special instructions on the check out page if there is somewhere preferable you would like them to leave it.

We ship all over NZ to physical addresses, no PO Boxes.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship overseas at this time.

We package our brownies and cookies in a triple thickness box and then shrink wrap for freshness. It is then popped into a postage bag and sent on its way.

Whilst we take every care to ensure that your tasty treats reach their final destination in perfect condition, unfortunately once it has left us we can no longer take responsibility and shipping is at the buyers risk.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our products are made in an environment where gluten, dairy, soy, eggs and nuts are handled. We cannot guarantee our products are free from these allergens.

Our brownies and cookies are best eaten straight away ... why would you wait?

As none of our products contain added preservatives, our brownies have a shelf-life of up to a week at room temperature and two weeks in the fridge. You should store your brownie in an airtight container and out of direct sunlight to get maximum shelf-life.

Our cookies are individually wrapped and last up to two weeks.

For the medium brownie, you can have 3 lines of writing with a total of 7 letters on each line.

For the large brownie, you can have 3 lines of writing with a total of 12 letters on each line.
