Refund policy

We package our brownies and cookies in a triple thickness box and then shrink wrap for freshness.  It is then popped into a postage bag and sent on its way.  Whilst we take every care to ensure that your tasty treats reach their final destination in perfect condition, unfortunately once it has left us we can no longer take responsibility and shipping is at the buyers risk.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

You may cancel your order up to 2 days prior to dispatch.

You are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout, no refunds or replaced goods will be provided.
